Orders may be placed by mail or online. We also offer many payment options for your convenience. After your order is placed an email will be sent to you with an order receipt #. Please allow 24 hrs. for processing.
Payment
Accepted payment methods include Paypal, all major credit cards, money orders and personal checks. Credit card payments are via Paypal, you do not have to be a member of Paypal to use your credit card. For personal checks, please allow up to 10 business days to clear. Checks and money orders must be made in US Dollars only. When sending a check or money order please include your name, address, phone number and a copy of your order. Orders will be held for 10 days while awaiting payment.

Shipping
An email confirmation is sent to you the day your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days with the exception of weekends and holidays.
International customers, you are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country.
Returns
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise for returns. You will then be issued a return #. Merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resaleable condition. Refunds will be issued (less shipping charges) upon inspection of returned merchandise. Opened, unsealed and/or used merchandise does not qualify for a refund. We want our customers to be happy so please contact us if there is a problem..

If we sent the wrong merchandise then of course we will exchange it at our expense. In order to do this, all wrong merchandise must be returned in new, unopened and resaleable condition. Again, please contact us for a return #.
If a return # is not issued or prior arrangements made then a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Special Orders
Special Orders are ordered directly from our distributors and shipped as soon as we receive them. Occasionally items are on backorder from the distributor and can take several weeks to arrive. We will contact you if there is any delay in the shipment of your order.
Backorders
If for some reason an item is backordered we will notify you by email. Backorders will be held for up to 30 days, if your order cannot be filled within that time it will be canceled.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime within 24 hrs of placing your order. Once shipped please refer to our returns policy.

We make every effort to notify customers as to your order receipt, shipping and just answering your questions, so please make sure you provide a working email address when ordering or contacting us.
